Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Saka Motor in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 43 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.6%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 57.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mitra 10 in Depok. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 41.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 52.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to foster school dropouts at the Takalar District Social Service Office. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Indicators used as benchmarks in this study are accountability, transparency, participation, and the rule of law of the bureaucratic apparatus. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the relationship between the leadership style of the head of the environmental agency with the employees’ performance. This study uses a quantitative survey approach that is ex-post facto and principal on phenomena or events that have occurred and are still ongoing until the study is conducted, using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, inferential descriptive analysis, and testing requirements analysis including normative data tests conducted by using the SPSS program with the Kolmogorov Smirnov One Sample test. The results of this study stated that the relationship between leadership style or leadership behavior of the head of service to the performance of employees in the Environmental Service Agency of Biak Numfor regency is not so large, only about 10 percent, which meant that the employee's performance was more determined by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Public services are implemented to provide satisfaction for service users whose implementation requires the principles of service. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 8 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the KTP-el service at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Parepare City, is in the quite effective category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research that service procedures are in the effective category, employee discipline is in the effective category, fairness of service delivery is in the quite effective category, the reasonableness of cost is set effectively, service convenience is in the quite effective category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine product development and brand image on consumer satisfaction at KFC BSD Serpong Branch. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. This study's results show product development significantly affects consumer satisfaction by 41.3%; the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,047> 1,985). Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 36.8%; hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7,320> 1,985). Product development and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10.370 + 0.404X1 + 0.338X2 and the influence contribution is 49.7%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (44.882> 2,700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence labor productivity in the silk weaving industry with a case study of weaving workers in Pakkanna Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. The quantitative research method is used in this study using multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of age, length of work, and wages on labor productivity in the silk weaving industry. Data were collected using a questionnaire involving 39 respondents from the silk weaving industry in Pakkanna Village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. The test results show that simultaneously, the variables of age, length of work, and wages significantly affect labor productivity in the silk weaving industry. On the other hand, the partial test results show that the age variable has no significant effect on labor productivity, and the variable length of work and wages have a significant effect on the labor productivity of the weaving industry. The recommendations in this study are addressed to the government and industry players to guide training to silk weaver workers so that productivity and quality can be increased and pay attention to their welfare. In addition, the government and industry players are expected to continue to work together to promote and develop the silk industry in Wajo Regency.
